Allison Fritsche was born and raised in rural Nebraska, leading to her deep appreciation for the rural landscape and her understanding of the irreplaceable value of quality relationships!

Allison's wealth of knowledge, strong network of contacts, and proven track record make her an invaluable asset to the ruralMED team. Her high energy, dependable nature, dedication, and articulate communication skills align with ruralMED's mission to support rural healthcare. Before joining the ruralMED team, her career journey included impactful roles as a Sales Engineer and Public Relations professional, where she was instrumental in driving sales growth and education on the importance of high-speed connectivity across the state of Nebraska . Allison earned an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in Business Administration from Central Community College, all while balancing full-time work and home responsibilities.

Outside of her professional life, Allison enjoys spending quality time with her family, including her husband and 3 daughters. An adventurer at heart, she loves hiking, paddleboarding, running, and traveling with their beloved dog, Bella Fritschgilly. You will often find Allison baking sourdough bread and treats on the weekends and engaging with the First Presbyterian Church youth group on Wednesday evenings. Allison's passion for both her work and personal life reflects her well-rounded character and commitment to making a positive impact in all she does.
