National Rural Health Day

National Rural Health Day is the third Thursday of November and was created by the National Organization of State Offices of Rural health to celebrate rural healthcare and the selfless, community-minded, “can do” spirit of rural communities.

On NRHD, light is shown on the unique healthcare challenges that rural citizens face and the efforts of rural healthcare providers. At ruralMED, we take great pride in supporting rural healthcare and their communities. Thank you to all of the rural healthcare facilities in our communities and their amazing team members for what they do to keep our rural communities healthy and thriving every day!

Join us in celebrating and saying thank you on social media by sharing your rural community pride and using the hashtag: #powerofrural
